How many nails come in a collection?
Each set includes a full range of sizes to guarantee a perfect, custom-feeling fit. Every box includes the nails ranging in sizes 0-15 in a collection of 24-32 pieces with the ABSTRX accessory kit, including glue adhesive, sticky tabs and woodstick.
Where are the nails designed?
Every ABSTRX design is created in-house by our licensed Nailbed & Bar artists. Our flagship salon is located in Washington, DC!
What is Xpress by Nailbed & Bar?
XPRESS is our line of nail care products and accessories intentionally crafted for at-home use. Each item is designed to give you salon-quality results with ease, speed, and convenience—so you can care for your nails like a pro, anytime, anywhere. The Xpress truck is a pop-up shopping experience that brings our must-have nail essentials directly to your neighborhood, events, and on-the-go beauty moments. We bring the products and the experience directly to you!
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are produced by trusted manufacturing partners who meet our quality and safety standards. We visit each manufacturer annually as a part of our internal compliance standards.
Do you test products on animals?
Never. All ABSTRX and Xpress products are 100% cruelty-free.
What temperature should I store my products at?
Storing your goodies in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight is ideal. Storage for body care products and manicure tools are identified on its packaging.
Orders, Shipping & Returns: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on nail products.
We also do not issue refunds for carrier delays, customs delays, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you have an issue with your order, email us — we’re here to help.
What is your defect/replacement policy?
We triple-check every order before it ships, but if something slips through:
If an item arrives defective, we’ll issue a complimentary replacement set or a gift card equal to the product value. Contact us with your order number and photo of the issue.
What is your general return/exchange policy?
You may return items within 5 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
