We ship with trusted carriers to get your goodies to you fast and secure. Shipping rates vary by weight, size, and destination. Once your order is with the carrier, delays or damage are out of our control; but if your package shows up looking rough, beat up or destroyed, connect with us right away and we’ll help you file a claim.

Orders over $50 ship free.

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we’ve got you. Contact us within 10 business days with your order number, a photo, and a quick note detailing the incident. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. If the wrong address is entered, we can’t guarantee correction and refunds won’t be issued. If a change is needed, your fastest move is to contact the carrier directly to update the delivery address.
